Shipping Information

Over 95% off our orders are shipped from our own warehouse in China within 72 hours we receive your order. We have some different shipping methods,you can choose by yourself.
For internationally shipped orders, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office if you wish to determine what these additional costs will be. Please note that it is illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.
Because of shipping policy,battery/powder/liquid cannot ship so all items go without those things.


Return Information

New, unused merchandise in saleable condition, complete with original packaging, peripherals and manuals, may be returned within 15 days of the delievery note date.Special orders, non-stocked items, or any items made to your specifications are not refundable. Import duties, import taxes, and/or brokerage fees for internationally returned shipments are the buyer's responsibility. Additionally, imprinted/hot stamped items, burs, acids, software, books, sieves, open box, clearance and special orders are NOT returnable. Shipping charges would not refund under any cases.

If you wish to return an item, you may return it new, unused, with freight pre-paid, and in the original packaging. Once you have received an RMA number, the item may be returned. Please include a copy of the delivery note or packing list to ensure proper credit.
Please note the following Return Instructions:

Returned merchandise will be subject up to a 30% restocking fee
You MUST contact a customer service respresentative at +86 18024032110 within 15 days of the original delivery note date to obtain an RMA number (valid for 14 days from date issued) PRIOR to returning any eligible merchandise, merchandise returned without a valid RMA will not be refunded/credited
The RMA number MUST be printed on the return address label, NOT on the original manufacturer's box
If the manufacturer's packaging is marked in any way, a new box charge will apply
All returns must be complete with the original, unmarked manufacturer's packaging (including manuals and boxes), accessories and peripherals unused, in re-sellable, as new condition
All labels, ribbons and cables must be removed from printers PRIOR to shipping (credit will not be issued for labels or ribbons that have been opened or used)
All defective items must be troubleshooted and a customer service representative must be informed within 15 days of purchase
A return merchandise authorization does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to final inspection and testing by LUXURY ORO.

Merchandise returned without return authorization, COD and/or freight collect will be refused.

All the products shown on this website are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Our guarantee is limited to the repair, replacement or refund for defective merchandise within 15 days of purchase, and does not extend beyond the purchase price of the item. We expressly disclaim liability for consequential damages and for breach of any expressed or implied warranty including merchantability or fitness for purpose.

Final sale items may not be covered by this warranty; however, they are tested and inspected to ensure proper working condition prior to shipment.

If upon examination or first use, a product is found to be defective, please contact LUXURY ORO Customer Service for an RMA number. After you have obtained an RMA number,we will discuss how to fix the problem(see return instructions above):

Be sure to indicate the RMA number on the outside of the package (not on the manufacturer's packaging). If the manufacturer's packaging is marked or damaged in any way, a new box charge will apply.

And we will assist you to purchase insurance according to the order amount, protect your consumer's rights and interests, and make up for your losses in the event of lossing to the goods.
